  All the Staff at Montgomery Ford in Lucknow are to be complimented on the super job they did to get me back on the road after an attempted theft of my truck. From Lisa the Service Manager who coordinated the ordering of the parts and arranged the servicing and kept me informed throughout the process, to the Techs in the shop who performed the repairs, and even corrected a couple of other small items, to "Al" somewhere in the back, who dealt with the Insurance people and answered all my questions, they all did a great job in getting the repairs completed in very short order and to my complete satisfaction. Hats off to a great team and thanks for everything. Highly recommended!

  What a great experience buying a used vehicle here. Was very impressed with Dalton. He offered to stay late and come in on his day off just to meet with me. Very professional and not high pressure as I've seen at other dealers.

  I always go to Ford's service bay........the people there are fabulous and they take the best of care regarding my vehicle. They have wonderful customer service and they smile at me, like they are actually happy to see me!! Imagine that...........

  Montgomery Ford has always been like this and I expect they always will be. I am a loyal customer because they are loyal to me. I couldn't ask for better service unless they wanted to give it to me 'free'..........lol
